TOPP Industries Announces Todd Harman as VP of Manufacturing

TOPP Industries is proud to announce that long time employee, Todd Harman, has recently been promoted from Director of Operations to VP of Manufacturing for TOPP.

Harman, an almost 20 year veteran of the organization, has taken on various instrumental roles within his tenure of the organization, including Purchasing, Plant Management and Operations.

“Todd is such a valuable asset to TOPP,” said Kevin Birchmeier, CEO of TOPP Industries. “He’s grown up with us and expanded his career and experience here. His unique perspective and knowledge of our business and manufacturing makes him the perfect fit to take on this new role of VP of Manufacturing. We’re looking forward to seeing all that he does in this new venture.”

As VP of Manufacturing, Harman will oversee the entire Rochester and Argos facility production operations, reporting to the Vice President. He will continue to oversee the Purchasing aspect of the business. With several new products and equipment being recently introduced, Harman will be focused on maximizing efficiencies within production and building upon the current production leadership team’s skills to drive the company forward with strategic thinking strategies and operational success.
